state of maryland, mother worked for state of maryland for over 30 yrs, retired, pension, i am only child she is remarried, policy started 12 yrs before she was married if not more. i am not getting any cooperation from my step father, he has death cert, funeral home said he picked it up yesterday and they would not provide me with one. This to me does not seem right, she was my Mother!
