I had a accident were i feel its the other's fault, as do all the witnesses there. I have liabiltiy and my insurance company is not interested in helping me. I have been assiged a claim agent that I dont think exists nor the dept that i get tranferd to. This has been gion on for two weeks, and I get directed to a answer machine every time. I need to know how to get results, what should i do?

You either call your agent and complain to get results or you call your adjusters supervisor. If the supervisor does not answer or return your call, you call that person's supervisor.
This is how it works in any business.

And if you can't speak to a supervisor's supervisor, then it would be time to call your state's Dept of Insurance and file a complaint.

If you have liability and your company isn't helping you, are they helping the other driver who they apparently feel is not at fault?
