I currently have the opportunity to work insurance in all 50 states, however I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get licensed in all states, therefore they might have to take back the job offer because of a felony conviction from 15 years ago.I have all the paperwork that NY state required..that took four months to get and get licensed!

The Federal Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (18 USC 1033) prohibits persons with certain felony convictions from being licensed as an insurance agent unless they receive a "consent waiver" from the state insurance regulator. There is no statute of limitations on when the conviction occurred. Depending on the crime for which you were convicted, this law might apply to you.
All states will require disclosure of your criminal history. Your "employer" should have been aware of this fact before extending such a job offer to you.
If you can even overcome the "1033" hurdle, states like California, which have prelicensing requirements, will require you to complete those requirements prior to issuing your license. I doubt that, even in a perfect world, you could successfully accomplish licensing in 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and Guam in 4-6 weeks.
Sounds like you will be in a "call center" as a telemarketer. Not the way most of us would prefer to do the business.

I have overcome the 1033 hurdle.I applied for my consent waiver and it was granted.I have all my paperwork from that process.the investigation, the minutes.the plea, you name I got it.You are right it is for a call center of sorts, actually it is labeled as a Healthcare Professional ,not selling insurance, just addressing their questions and helping them understand their insurance. They were aware of this and I submitted what I thought they needed, but Friday they informed me that it might be a problem due to my conviction. What do you think I should do,should I pursue this or not.The employer also said best case scenario 4-6 weeks because of paperwork that was required. Please help....

The Consent Waiver is a state-by-state process. The fact that you obtained that in NY is not a guarantee that any other state will provide it to you. NY is pretty stringent, so I would suspect that you won't have a problem, but it still requires filing additional paperwork in all jurisdictions where you are seeking to be licensed.
You cannot be non-resident licensed in any state until you are resident licensed in your home state. I have no doubt that it would take longer than 4-6 weeks to complete the process without a consent waiver, let alone with the need to obtain it in every jurisdiction.
You would also, at the least, have to complete a California Code & Ethics prelicensing course (12 hours) (mandatory for all non-resident licensees, but can be done using a few online providers -- requires 12 actual classroom seat time or computer time hours) and also the Life & Health Prelicensing course (40 hours) if you have not taken an equivalent course for another state. And you would have to take any other state's required prelicensing education as well. The good news is that you probably don't have to take any other exam other than for your resident state license.
Best of luck in completing the requirements. I assume Humana is paying all of your licensing fees? Otherwise you're looking at several thousand dollars in application fees which are non-refundable in most, if not all, states

I was wondering if you had any knowledge about different opportunities that are available for agents licensed in all fifty states. I am looking to get away from the company I work for but would like to leverage my licenses if possible.
