i was recently in a car accident i crashed into another car, the other persons car didnt get damaged but a few scratches on the bumper meanwhile my car was really damaged. Now this other person didnt call the cops she simply wrote down all my information. I have my license and insurance but im on probation. and its been 2days later and now shes saying she wants to take me to court. will i be getting locked up and what are the consequenses?

You getting locked up for being in violation of your probation is not an insurance related question. Is it possible? Sure. If the court finds out.
You should have already reported the accident to your carrier so that they can handle the situation. As such, why would this person be threatening to take you to court? Is it possible that you have not reported it to your carrier and the other person things you are giving them a hard time? If so, how deep is this hole going to be that you are digging?

Being involved in a traffic collision is not an "offense" that would have any impact on your probation. You get probation for having committed a criminal offense, a traffic collision is a civil offense, and the two are not really related.
Why does she want to take you to court? As tcope has said, if you have auto insurance, they will handle everything that is claim related. But someone has to open the claim file -- either you or the other party.

Just being a bit curious to know if you're on probation for any other reason. Otherwise as both of them mentioned, it's not a criminal offense.
