MY SISTER PASSAWAY AND NO ONE WAS NAMES ON TH EINSURANCE HER HUSBAND IS GONE, MOTHER AND FATHER ARE GONE ONLY SIBILING LEFT WILL THE OLDEST GET THE INSURANCE MONDEY OR WILL IT BE DIVIED BETWEEN SIBILINGS.

I don't think there's any such rule that it has to go to the older sibling. I've heard that if there's no beneficiary then it has to go to the estate.
