MY SISTER PASSAWAY AND NO ONE WAS NAMES ON TH EINSURANCE HER HUSBAND IS GONE, MOTHER AND FATHER ARE GONE ONLY SIBILING LEFT WILL THE OLDEST GET THE INSURANCE MONDEY OR WILL IT BE DIVIED BETWEEN SIBILINGS.

Neither. At least not right away.

The money must be paid to your sister's estate in the absence of a named beneficiary, and from there it will be used first to satisfy the claims of creditors. If there are no claims against the estate, or money is left over after the claims are satisfied, then the probate court will probably be guided by the law and then it will be shared equally between her nearest relatives, her siblings.
