Assuming you are a licensed contractor with employees, your insurance needs are, in order of importance (but all are necessary)

There is COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY (#1)
There is WORKERS' COMPENSATION (#2)
There is COMMERCIAL PROPERTY (#3)
There is COMMERCIAL AUTO (#4)

Then you might consider BUILDER'S RISK and various EXTENDED coverages to deal with any exclusions. You may also be interested in a COMMERCIAL UMBRELLA LIABILITY policy to cover a greater amount of risk when the coverage under the forms above are exhausted.
