I HAVE OLD INJURIES THATS SO HARD FOR ME TO WORK AT MY JOB i STOCK AND HAVE TO MOVE AROUND HEAVY FREIGHT ALL DAY IF I QUIT DUE TO HEALTH RELATED REASONS COULD I RECEIVE UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

A "voluntary quit" is usually the basis for a DECLINE for unemployment insurance. Knowing that you had past injuries, why would you accept work you could not reasonably perform? Perhaps for the specific purpose of receiving UI and not having to work? I hope not.

In order to be eligible for unemployment insurance, you have to be able to work and seeking employment. This will be a bit of a question mark given the circumstances.

How difficult is it to get fired?
"Boss, I have an old injury and can't stock any more... is their a position I can have that does not require lifting?"
"No there is not and if you can't do your job I'm going to need to let you go."

While this is a possibility, too, if the "details" of the position were disclosed at the time the applicant was hired, it could be said that the applicant misrepresented himself to the employer as being capable of performing the work, if he indeed said (to the effect), "Yes, I can do that."
Just like material misrepresentation can void an insurance policy, it can give the employer a rebuttable reason to dispute an unemployment insurance claim, too.
