my van will be most likely totaled and i want to know what is the salvage value or ACV of it so that i will be best prepared to deal with the insurance company

You can find values for most vehicles through the NADA database.
ACV = replacement cost for like kind and quality MINUS depreciation (mileage, pre-loss condition, wear and tear issues)
SALVAGE VALUE is even less than that -- whatever the vehicle would bring at a auto salvaging yard . . . a few hundred to maybe $1000. Depends on the actual salvageable parts. If it has to go to the crusher instead of being parted-out, it will be worth its weight -- a few cents per pound.
