I was in an auto accident, not my fault. My medical bills are between $1,000 and $3,000. My insurere has made a settlement offer of $2,000.
Would the payment for medical expenses come out of my B1-Med/B2-PIP of $5,000 medical for each person or out of my UM BI 20/40?
If I have $1000 in medical (because I didn't have insurance nor money to go to a doctor) and $6,600 in loss wages, then I have to pay the attorney 33 1/3 that sure won't leave me with much for the suffering and inconvenience this accident caused.
What are my options?

Too bad there is no insurance for the pain and suffering caused by attorney's fees.
