am from california and i pass my test in casaulty insurance now am moving to denver colorado and i wanted know if i could use my same insurance license from california overthere on denver colorado. or do i have to start all over again?

I don't know that CO requires an adjuster license (aside from public adjusters). Call the Co Dept of Ins and inquire on this.

You must have been sleeping during the session on licensing issues in your prelicensing class. You must either apply for a Colorado resident license and change your CA license to nonresident status, or you keep your CA license as resident and apply for a Colorado nonresident license.
However, if you intend to reside permanently (or at least on a long term basis) in one state, you must have a resident license in your state of permanent residency, meaning Colorado. You do not have to give up your CA license, just change it to nonresident status.
