There are many attorneys in the world... even the US.

Have you tried the Yellow Pages or Google?

Send me a PM with some basic description of your situation, and I can give you the website/contact information for one of the prominent insurance bad faith law firms in the US. They are headquartered in Claremont, CA, but handle cases directly or through attorney associates across the US. I am not one of their clients, I just happen to know them by their reputation and the fact that a former agency I worked in was just a couple of miles from their office, and we used to get informational pieces from them.

Came across so many threads about 'bad faith claims', still I'm not aware of how these law firms proceed with bad faith cases. Max and tcope can probably give us an account of the different processes that are involved while filing suits under such law firms.
