My auto Ins. paid 5,000 under the Med Pay
My Health Ins. paid my medical Bills.
Settlement received from the At Fault Party was $5,000. I have reimbursed my Health Ins., need to reimbursent my Auto Ins., What portion of my settlement am I allowed to keep?
Thank You,

Nothing. You owe the $5,000 to your auto insurer under its right of subrogation. You can ask them if they want to negotiate a smaller amount.
Doesn't sound like you handled this event correctly.

It was a right step to pay back your health insurer, and it would be another to pay off your auto insurance carrier.

Max, please show us through the way wherein we can handle such things more effectively!

If the OP wouldn't have reimbursed the health carrier, would it then be right for him to have paid the auto insurer first? I have a little doubt regarding this.
