I was told that I had a case when I was struck from behind b

I was stopped at a red light when hit from behind by another driver, $2500 worth of damage to my vehicle and over 60K in medical expenses. this occured in Dec 2007, while driving home from work. the injuries were to my lower back rt shoulder and left knee. surgery was done on my shoulder in Jan 2009 theraphy was given to my knee and lower back, my knee is better but I con't treatment for my back comtiplating surgery on it.
