my patient was in a car accident going to a job he has a fractored spin and bumps and bruises what would be the best denied claim for something like this and why.

Your "patient".... so you are a medical provider? Why would you be denying a claim?

Did you have any kind of contract with your patient? If so, are you really aware of all the clauses mentioned in your agreement? You can't just deny it, if you had agreed to cover him for fractured spin and bruises.

It sounds as if this guy may be a medical student and has an assignment to write a report to indicate why a certain treatment would be medicall necessary. Past that my head hurts.
