I have $30k of recoverable depreciation on contents for a fi

I know I must submit receipts to get the recoverable depreciation back. However, there are close to 1000 personal items that I would have to submit to get the $30k in recoverable depreciation. This would be extremely time consuming. Is there a percentage I could use to settle w/the adjuster(does the Insurance company know on average what % of depreciation will be recovered?).
