In PA, does PIP subrogation erode the tortfeasor's available

We have a commercially registered vehicle, which I believes allows for the potential subrogation against our policy for this venue. Have been asked to find out if it is in fact presented, does it erode the available liability limit on the policy.

PIP is separate coverage from liability coverage. PIP is not typically subrogated against liability claims. It may be subrogated against a person's separate medical insurance, or possibly even Workers' Compensation if it is paying for lost wages. (DISCLAIMER: In California, we don't have PIP, so my knowledge of PIP is mostly "academic" and not based on actual experience.)

Providing California law on a question relative to Pennsylvania isn't helpful.

Didn't do anything of the sort. Just said my information was academic. You don't have an agent in Pennsylvania you can ask?
