No one really. This is like choosing the best of the worst. All of them will fill you with over sold leads generated in very questionable ways.

This is what I have found to be the case. I have been working for an agency that exclusively works online leads through Netquote, the leads are sold to about 6 agencies. And when they are sent to me first, i close deals. It is very easy to close them when I am the first to contact them. but I am sure they cycle them to where certain people get them first enough to keep buying them. I have a high percentage of cancelations though, because of the high volume of calls prospects recieve. A lady canceled on me the other day because a local guy came by, she said after all th e calls she was glad to go with him, he sold her the same company/plan i did.

Maybe that's the reason many of us will give folks advice to "contact a local broker or agent" -- insurance is usually too personal to trust to someone by phone, other than the company directly.
Try doing the business the way most of have learned to do it: talking to people face-to-face and through referrals. Beats working leads by a long shot. Oh, yeah . . . it means working.
