Is there any inexpensive health insurance for people 62 that

My wife and I both lost our jobs at 62. We had to take early retirement to get some income. We got a quote from Cenery for 398.00 per month. I don't trust them. I have high blood pressure(controlled by meds) and my wife has had some surgeries in the last year. Back, Leg and Shoulder. Is there any government help . Who can we turn to for help? We need to be about 350.00 to 400.00. Thank you Joe
