Obtaining RCV on hail struck roof.

I did all the work myself. Total claim was 46,000 they paid acv 24,000 my deductible was 6,000. That leaves the 16,000 rcv. So I have around 28,000 in materials the other 18,000 is labor. (over 1 year and 2200 hours) Can I collect the rcv of 16,000 by sending in the paid materials list as well as a detailed daily log of my labor hours? As well as pictures of the completed job?
