It'll be quite a bit. Also, healthy by medical science and healthy by life insurance standards have virtually nothing to do with one another, especially at this age.
The insurance company wants to ensure that you'll be around for a while. At 80, this is hard to guarantee. You may very well be around for another 20+ years, but on average this is not the case, unfortunately what happens to all those other people matters a lot.

Records show that a sudden decline in health conditions occur more with people beyond 80. This has primarily been the cause of risk for most insurers to cover someone nearing that age.
