Please if anyone can help, i have been sued by my HOA, they have taken away our tandem parking space, i am trying to find something in my statefarm insurance policy that will triger the policy to cover us in the lawsuit filed, does anyone have an answer thank you

Might help if you mention WHY you were being sued. I have no idea how taking away a parking space has anything to do with this.
Regardless... if you want to determine if your "State Farm policy" (you don't mention what type of policy but you are posting this in the auto forum) will provide coverage, you can simply file a claim and find out. If they offer you a defense, it's covered. If the deny coverage, it's not.

If you have violated the CC&Rs of your HOA, neither your auto policy nor your condo/homeowner's policy will not cover your act.
Insurance such as auto and homeowner's is designed to cover you for your negligent acts.
As tcope has said, you fail to provide sufficient information to obtain the result you might be seeking. We are firing answers into the dark.

We're only aware of your HOA occupying your parking space. You haven't shown us through the way they've been urged to do it. Please throw some more light into it!
