My died in march..and now i would like to know if i will get back full reembursement for her funeral expenses

Did she have final expense insurance? Were you the beneficiary? I'm sure we'll try to help you once we have some more information from your side.

If there was life insurance in force, and if you are the beneficiary, you will get whatever the value of the policy is.
If there was no life insurance, or you are not the beneficiary, you will not get a penny.

Max is right! If she had a policy with you as the beneficiary, you should get an amount worth the policy value.

I should add that if there was a life policy, but no beneficiary, then the money is payable to his estate. From there, it is subject to the claims of creditors. A claim for burial proceeds often takes precedence over most other claims -- we don't want bodies lying around above ground -- but it may not apply to all the expenses of a funeral.
Why is this a subject of discussion 9 months after the fact?
