can u get finned by a car insurance company if a person younger than 55 is driving when its a 55 and older policy?

I guess Fronting is a known way of saving yourself from an unaffordable premium rate. Believe it or not, insurance companies consider it as a fraudulent act. Both of you could be prosecuted.

I simply don't understand the reason for taking such risks in order to save a few bucks! What would you do if the damages are worth more than what you can imagine now?

The answer to this question is NO, you cannot be "fined" by an insurance company. You can only be fined by the state for criminal or civil/administrative violations.
