What part of the annuity was changed? Ownership, annuitant, beneficiary? Is the annuity in the payout phase or was a death benefit paid? Too many unanswered questions here.

the beneficiary was changed. After death the annuity was paid to the new beneficary. My question is can this be disputed by the previous beneciciary named on the annuity & if so is there a time limit to dispute the change
