Credit life insurance pays the lender as the beneficiary in the event of the death of the insured. If you are the "beneficiary on a secured loan", then you will obtain title to the property when the death claim is paid to the lender.

Nothing. You have to speak to the lender and show proof that you have a beneficial interest in the vehicle. If you don't have that, then the matter will go to the probate court where you can stake your claim.

If the lender has given you title to the vehicle, there is nothing else you need. It's yours.
