I live in georgia, can I sue my insurance company for not settling my claim in a timely matter and good faith. In order to sue this company, do I have to have more than 25,000 dollars of uninsured coverage. My case has been 4.5 years.

Hi,
I never faced this kind of problem. I am not sure but this is your right if you are not getting good services.
You must consult it with your lawyer.
This is serious kind of problem as you have invested your money.

Good Question, it's one I've been contemplating myself. I would say probably yes. I mean if you have a case, you have a right to sue. And quite honestly, with all of the money that is paid into insurance companies... they have a duty to step up, follow through, and handle our insurance needs/claims in a timely manner. As your case was moving forward, did your insurance company keep you well informed, up-to-date, and explain why some things were taking longer than expected?
