I hit a pot hole in a construction zone. I am planning on making insurance claims with all insurance carriers (the rest of them). I have made claims with the county and the main construction company but everyone is blaming the other. So, I was going to make a claim with all the rest of the subs and hope one of them pays my claim. My question is ....is it a good idea to tell them I have made claims with the other subs? Will this let them all come together against me or to pay my claim as a whole?
I am curious because when I made the claim against the main insurance company they tried to contact the county to see if they would take partial blame so that they could come to the table and pay the claim as a whole. The county refused. My claim is valued at $1000.00.
I also would like to know why the main insurance company did not pay half by themselves when they were going to pay half if the county had come to the table.
Should I tell them about each other and tell them to work it out between themselves?

You have no other recourse but to SUE EVERYONE in small claims court. No punitive damages, no pain and suffering, no emotional distress, no nothing other than the actual cost to repair the physical damage to your vehicle.
PERIOD, end of discussion.
How many more times do you need to be told?
