But if you're asking about HOMEOWNER'S insurance, then the answer is YES -- there will be both a clause explaining the deductibles and another explaining coinsurance (your requirement to properly insure the full replacement cost of the structure).

If you are talking about HEALTH insurance, then the discussion of deductibles and coinsurance depends on the type of coverage you have. HMO coverage typically does not involve either deductibles or coinsurance IN-NETWORK, but may if you have to have emergency care outside the network. PPO coverage almost always includes a discussion of deductibles ($$ you pay before the insurance company begins to cover claims) and coinsurance (the %% you and the insurance company share in your covered claims).
