I have been searching for quite some time for an agency to provide insurance for my catering company but...to no avail... is there anyone who is able to help me find a company in the chicagoland area?

My catering liability policy is through The Hartford. Any local independent broker/agent who represents them can probably place the business. If The Hartford doesn't make coverage available in your state, a "surplus line" broker can obtain it for you from Scottsdale or any other carrier of his choosing. But insurance in the "surplus lines" market will be at least double the cost from an admitted insurer in your state.
