Leftover insurance claim money

Someone backed into my car while I was at work and they stayed around to give me their info. Her insurance paid for the repairs to my car, including replacing the clearbra film on the front end. I never had this clearbra installed since the car was sold. Since the bodyshop was paid to subcontract the clearbra work, and it was never done, can these funds be used towards a different claim?

I had a minor fender bender with my new car and want to use the clearbra funds to pay for my deductible.

You can look at those funds as a damage settlement. You are entitled to spend them anyway you desire.
