Citizens will write a DP1 for me. What is the difference between regular coverage and this coverage. I also can't have another claim within the year. Are there other alternatives out there perhaps in non-standard coverage and where do I go to find it?

there are a lot of options. if you are just wanting basic info, type a google search for your state, there's a lot of good info out there on the web to get basic knowlege of the different types of property coverage available in your area.
As far as underwriting guidlines, (whether you'll be nonrenewed due to loss history, qualify for standard or nonstandard) you have to speak w/ an agent as each company is different. I suggest speaking with an independant agent in your case, your options would be more limited due to claim history. How close together are these claims?

Yes, insurers vary with their underwriting guidelines. Though your options are limited (as mbyork pointed out), you may still have more options to choose from if you go for an independent agent rather than going after company agents.
