someone drove in to the back of me admitted liabilty and his insurance paid for the damage my insurance has now doubled and i have tried every site

call your agent. if you weren't at fault, your rates shouldn't be affected. there may be something else going on to make your rates go up. otherwise, i'd be shopping around.

Well, I do empathize with you, but it might help others in a similar situation if you'd share the name of your carrier and the state that you're in. I also have the same feeling to that of mbyork. Something must be going on. Shopping for insurance will surely give you a handful of options to choose from.
