Not sure what you are looking for but I see 2 huge strikes... your owing _$11,000_ on a $2,500 vehicle?????? Also, you not having insurance (not that it would matter much.

I don't know if I've ever heard of anyone being that upside down in a loan. I'm going to "guess" that you rolled several loans into this and/or took a loan from the mob.

At some point you need to make a plan on how to get out of the whole you have dug. Do you have mass transit in your area?

I'm sorry but I must say.... pleeeese.... a vehicle lost 500% of it's value because of the stock market?

you dont, go f your mother

I'm beginning to understand why you are in this situation... and why you don't mind trying to peddle such BS.

My advice would be to get a bus pass.

So CarMax was asking for 500% over retail value? Sorry... that just does not happen. Carmax marks vehicles up about $1000 above retail and then they charge about $500 in "fees" to make a profit. They don't mark cars up 5 times their value. Perhaps a warranty and a ton of other things were included in the deal?

There is no way around owing $11,000 and not having insurance. Contact your lien holder and explain the situation. Sometime that may force place 1st party coverage to protect themselves. But this does not mean someone still won't seek recovery. See if you can work out a deal with the lien holder.

My point is that you are in a _huge_ hole. Something got you into that hole. The important thing is not to get even deeper trying to get out. You may need to start taking mass transit. You may need to start working two jobs. But you need to draw up a plan on how to get out of that hole.

You also don't want to hear this but you need to stand behind your actions. Don't blame Carmax, the economy, etc.
