hi i had an injury to my knee some 7 years ago which resulted in a small claim against the council. Four years later whilst working in a building which was being renevated the stairs gave way on me causing me injury to the same knee resulting in an arthroscopy followed by a full knee replacement. Will my previous claim go against my new claim for damages and loss of wages. Thank you.

Well, to tell you the truth I don't smell anything bad with your second claim. If you have medical documents supporting your latest injury as the only cause of arthroscopy and the following knee-replacement, then there shouldn't be any problem. Consult with your agent regarding it, and if the need be attach all that you've been certified by your doctor.
