Unemployment once get off state disability?

After 27.5 years employment w/agency, was terminated because unable to come back to work after 90 days. Hoping my Doctor will release me back to work force after almost yr on state disability. Prior employer not hiring right now?? Will I be eligible to get unemployment if this happens?
