During a divorce, if a judge orders the life insurance benef

Prior to TRO being issued, husband changed beneficiary of life insurance policy. Judge ordered wife to be named 1/2 beneficiary. Wife does not want to finalize divorce because if she doesn't, (husband is terminally ill), she believes she will get all assets and now 1/2 of life insurance. Husband has not changed beneficary on policy to wife.
