I am retired and currently have insurnace through my employer where I retired. I pay for the full premium each month. I signed up for medical insurance and work and they will not let me cancel due to IRS regulations. Is there any thing that I can do?

That's a load of BS. The IRS does not make the rules about insurance. If you stop paying the premium, your coverage will terminate. No recourse. You cannot be forced to pay for insurance in the future (but you can be required to pay for the coverage that you have already had, whether you used it or not).
