Does my wife need Medicare

I live in MD. I am younger than my wife and she is unemployed. She is a resident alien (she's British). She has a SSN and has paid into SS but not enough to qualify for SS benefits (not enough credits). I work for the US Government and she is covered by my medical insurance. Does she qualify for any kind of Medicare and does she even need to enroll any any part of it if she is covered by my issuance.
