i missed out to pay my insurance premium and want to continue the same policy how to draft a letter for the same.

the answer varies from state to state and company to company, but the general answer would depend on how late your premium payment is. if the policy has been canceled for less than 30 days, you simply need to make your payment plus any late or reinstatement fees.
if the policy has been canceled longer than 30 days, your agent will probably have to re-write you a new policy.

I guess writing a new policy brings new conditions to it and offers a new premium rate. May be the experts will find it easier to clarify it.
