I looking for insurance and my question is if office visit co-pay: deductible and coinsurance and out of pocket : $6,000.00 how does this work

It seems as if you have to bear your expenses up to $6,000.00 for all your claims. The rest will borne by your carrier. Remember that co-pay is a flat figure, while coinsurance is a percentage.

You'll get reimbursed for your claim only after you meet your copay or coinsurance along with your deductible. While signing up you've already agreed to bear these expenses out-of-pocket in the event you meet with a loss.
