As a result of a truck accident on January 4, 2008, I suffered spinal injuries to my neck and back, radiculopathy, shattered tooth and a worsening of my pre-existing post traumatic stress disorder. I could not return to such a high stress job as the extra hours and demands of being bent over a computer for most of the day made my injuries worse and caused me to lose sleep due to discomfort. The combination of my injuries from the MVA and resulting loss of sleep caused by Post traumatic stress disorder to worsen so that my treating doctors told that I am permanently disabled.
