What does tis mean. the husband agrees that he will maintai

We had a dissolution of Marriage on October 5, 1978 since then we have both remarried, he no longer has a policy on me even though it states in the dissolution that the husband shall maintain in effectr the life insurance policy on the life of the wife presently in effect with the Prudention Insurance Co. and shall be responsible for the payment of all premiums thereto. The wife agrees that the children shall be named as beneficiaries thereunder. He has changed the police for the children to include his new wife and our children and her children. I'm considering taking him to court for contempt.
