I fell on a ramp that was improperly placed ina warehouse. My boss told me not to make a big deal about it. I have damage to my spine. I wrote his boss a letter explaining what happen. My boss intercepted the letter before his supervisor could get it. He then fired me leaving me with all the medical bills to pay and Im still injured. The company has admitted to being at fault but also refuses to put anything in writting. What should I do?

I doubt they fired you because you were injured (which under WC laws would not be legal). They came up with some other story (be it right or wrong).
