okay so here it goes, i got my policy in december, i have a 98 honda civic lx.and at the begining of january my car was stolen, i got it back a week later with about a 1000$ worth of damage done to it, having a 1000$ deductable i was not able to get anything from the insurance company. sunday monring i woke up to find my car stolen once again. i filed a claim etc talked to police, last night i got a call from the cops saying that my car was in an accident and the man arrested, i went to the towing place today and see what i believe my car is totalled. im just waiting for the insurance to call me back on the appraisal, and i found out through all of this that it was the same person who stole my car the first time because he had a old set of keys that i left in there the first time, that he was using, so i was wondering, in my appraisal will my insurance company deduct the 1000$ of damage from the first time, and also is there anything i can do involving the guy like sueing him for damages before? or what, any help is appreciated

If their was $1000 in prior damages then it will lower the value of the vehicle. Your carrier may try to deduct $1000 from the value of a vehicle in good condition but they should not (IMHO). Yes, you can feel free to pursue the at fault party for your first loss and your deductible on the second loss. Your carrier should be pursuing recovery for the amount they spend as well. Good luck getting anything though. IMO, you best bet is to let the prosecuting attorney know what you are out of pocket for and see that they attach this to any sentencing. You can then sit back and forget about every seeing a penny in pay back. Sorry... that is just the way it is (I'm not saying don't do it... just don't expect anything).

Car insurance coverage is designed to help financially cover potential auto-related damages, loss or injuries. It helps protect you, your passengers, your fellow drivers, pedestrians, other people's property and your vehicle. Based on that fact, this website is dedicated to providing auto insurance quotes for every state in the USA. By simply entering your Zip Code, you can compare the terms and discounts offered by competing insurance companies in your area and choose the one that appeal to you.

probably not as you'll have been driving on the other side of the road. Try sricehang for specialist insurance compaines. its unfortunate that you cant use a foreign licence in the uk for more than 1 year. maybe sites like moneysupermarket.com or confused.com could help
