My daughter was takeing a bath, she was seeting in the corner and when she put her back against the wall she was terrified when four tiles collapsed, I called a contractor to fix my bath and he realized that all tiles were almost loose and eventhough they have grout on it he could take them out with his hands (I had pictures of that) I file a claim because everything was wet and what was behind the tiles was a shiruck full of mold , but still he didn't want to break the wall until the insurance adjuster came to my house, the day he came the leak wasn't found, I called a plumber who knoked down the tiles from the wall where the faucet and head shower is and he found that the leak occured only when the faucet was open, therefore there wasn't a way to see the leak , I check my water billing and registry and there wasn't running water when faucet were closet
