Buying home, Title in both names or just the younger?

We sold our home in IL last summer. Currently in process of buying home in Fla. Entire cost of home will come from wife's assets. Should home be titled in both names or just wife? Husband is 8 years older (78) and suffers from several health problems including early dementia, but is able to care for himself completely at this point.
