If I switch from smoking tobacco cigarettes to the new alternative using the Electronic Cigarette a non tobacco device, a non supporter of combustion, and allowed in hospitals, how much money could i save percentage wise. I thank you. Don

You will have to certify that you have been "tobacco/nicotine-free" for a minimum of 12 months before you can be rated non-tobacco. At that point, you should save close to 50% or more compared to tobacco-user rates.
