The people living next door to me have had limbs falling out of a tree on their property for the last 2 years. The damages were only to their personal property. This year, the entire tree fell right on top of my 1995 Ford Explorer my husband and I was saving for our future lawn business. Do I have a claim against the property owner. They should have cut the tree down after the first falling branches but most definitely after the second

If they will give you their HO insurance info you can make a claim. You have a pretty good case. The HO may deny it but in that it appears they were not caring for (pruning) the tree and just allowing the branches to fall, you have a good case. But they certainly don't need to give you their HO info. Your complaint is against the home owner. If they want to involve their carrier, that is up to them.
