They have an excellent rating with the BBB. Now, if you'd like to work as a consultant with them you'll look into their specific terms and conditions. You may wish to go through the following page-

Meaningless. BBB is not a regulator, and their opinions mean nothing in court.

I don't know anything about Lexicon, so I am not casting any stones in their direction at all. One must perform their own DUE DILIGENCE, not rely simply on the opinions of others -- whether here, on the Ripoff Report, or from the BBB, or anywhere else. You will ALWAYS find persons who will support your belief, are contrary to it, or have no opinion at all.

It all boils down to what YOU are comfortable with. There is no slavery in America today. If you decide it's not the right fit for you, you and your license are free to go anywhere else that you choose.

I want to hear all the scoop from their agents now working for them?

I found the below press release on Lexicon today. They ARE actually major distribution partners with Great American and AFG. And ground floor! That's it, I'm convinced b/t this and their A+ rating with the BBB that there is NO WAY these guys are a scam. Check it out for yourself... I found it on Yahoo Finance. I'm going to see if I can get an interview for a position with them, sick of waiting in doubt. Sorry for some of the posts I made last month when I thought they were not for real. My bad.

Lexicon Senior Healthcare is not a "scam" (but, still, any BBB rating is meaningless when the discussion is insurance, which is regulated by the states). It is a provider of "SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS" -- which is not health insurance. It says, specifically:

Lexicon Senior Healthcare is a privately held insurance and non-insurance marketing organization focused on developing unique distribution systems on a nationwide basis.

It's just another MLM in the universe of MLM outfits.

The Yahoo Finance post is just a press release (notice the "PRNewswire" in the byline -- and before that, "Press Release source: Lexicon Senior Healthcare") and not a "news" item. Someone PAID to have the information posted. What does that tell you? Anyone can post "news" about himself -- but it says nothing of their actual creditability.

I'm going to see if I can get an interview for a position with them

Written like a true "insider".

One final note:

A lot of good these products will do for seniors when they are described as:

THIS IS NOT MAJOR MEDICAL COVERAGE. POLICY HAS LIMITED HOSPITAL CONFINEMENT AND OTHER FIXED INDEMNITY BENEFITS. This policy is guaranteed renewable up to age 65

Might be a clue why California has not approved the products for sale here yet. And neither has Arizona or Florida -- the three states with the largest senior populations in America.

MaxHerr, I think you either missed or left out part of the press release. It says very clearly that:

Loyal American Life Insurance Company®, a member of the Great American Supplemental Benefits Group (GASB) family of companies, designed this Affordable Health Benefits policy to further expand its reach beyond the senior and specified disease markets.

Since the product is designed to expand their reach beyond the senior market, no, this particular product would not benefit a senior, obviously. Although it does make reference to the fact that GASB does currently do a lot of business in the senior market. Sounds to me like Lexicon and Loyal are both simply venturing into a new market which sounds great!

Also, it seems like above when you refer to,

Lexicon Senior Healthcare is a privately held insurance and non-insurance marketing organization focused on developing unique distribution systems on a nationwide basis.

you are leaving out the fact that they are insurance AND non-insurance. You make it sound like they don't sell insurance when clearly the quote you inserted yourself says they do. I'm sure just an oversight but worth pointing out...

From my perspective it sounds as though Lexicon is truly marketing for the people they say they are and at the same time looking to expand. Seems like a potential up and coming agency if you ask me!
